Another quick update on child #2, we received our USCIS approval yesterday in the mail! (I literally squealed when I got it.) One final notarized signature from each of us, and then we forward everything on to DC for the US Sec. of State office and Ethiopian Embassy. SO close to actually being put on the waiting list!!!! :)
